September 2020 – The Knowledge of Christ causes all things

How wonderful it must have been for the disciples when they saw that the demons obeyed them and all the sick were healed! I have been writing on the subject of healing for the past three months. Catch up on them if you missed them.
Do you realize that you are the disciples of Jesus. You have exactly the same power the disciples had. You have it now! The only thing that keeps us from laying hands on the sick is that it did not always work in the past.
2 Pet 1:3: “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue…”
Working the works of God is ministering healing and life but above all; it is the knowledge of Christ in us that causes divine healing and life.
Eph 1:17: “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him.”
The Bible teaches that we don’t need that people should teach us because the Spirit does the teaching, in fact we already know all things.
1 John 2:20: “But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.”
What is it that keeps us from functioning at the Christ-in-us level? I believe it is only lack of knowledge that keeps us bound up. I would like to point out one of these things that are confusing.
In the book of John we are taught to ask the Father in the name of Jesus and He will give it to us. I am sure that you also have asked the Father many times and have not received.
When we lay hands on the sick as in Mark 16 we do not pray for those people and we do not ask God to heal them. We are told to lay hands on the sick and they will recover.
Jesus came to show us the will of the Father, which is that all be healed. He healed everyone! It is His passion to heal and in Isaiah 61 we see that it was His mission to heal and set the captives free.
Isa 61:1: “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.”
When we are in Christ we are already anointed!! We don’t need people to lay hands on us or give us the right to heal the sick, we are in Christ. Now, according to Mark 11 we speak to the mountain and it must obey you. We speak to the sick and tell the Devil to get out and never come back and he must obey you. There is a difference between asking and saying. This morning I asked the Holy Spirit to write this month’s E-Mail, but I did the physical writing being moved by the Spirit. That is how it should be, we are God’s hands to do the works of God being led by the Spirit and not the flesh.
Also we must remember that everything Jesus said before John 18 was before Christ. Since Jesus was crucified He is Christ, He now lives in us with the Father. Read John 17 and believe that God is in you!. There are many things we are not sure of, that we must ask the Father but concerning healing in your own body and that of other people, your finances or circumstances; God wants you to prosper even more than you want it because it brings glory to His name and joy to your heart and soul. I am told that ninety percent Christians suffer from something. If you will speak to that problem it must obey you. The only thing you must make sure of is that your conscience is clear, for that is the foundation of your mountain moving faith.
